This is one of the marketing analytics projects at the University of Sydney where I achieved in the top 5% of the MKTG6018 cohort. It applied structured analytical methodologies to analyse complex customer behavioural datasets from leading US banks’ financial services offerings.
The project resulted in developing three practical recommendations that enhanced product design and service delivery through identifying data-driven patterns, customer trends and opportunities for improving financial product and service strategies. Enclosed are parts of the analysis. Connect with me on LinkedIn to learn more about the entire project.
Key skills: exploratory data analysis, statistics, data visualisation, Python, Tableau (transferrable skills for using Power BI) and Excel.
